How Do I Measure My Headsize?
The tape measure needs to be over the middle of your forehead, just above your ears and sit midway at the back of your head, this will ensure you measure the circumference of your head.
How do I order a Custom Hat?
First step is to book a consultation. You can do this via email: shopofftheblock@gmail.com or through instagram: @_offtheblock_
During the consultation we'll measure your head size, determine shape, colour and the overall vision you have.
How long will my order take to ship?
Ready to wear ships between 2-5 business days.
Custom hats take 4-6 weeks including delivery for Canadian Customers.
International orders can take up to 6-8 weeks depending on customs and destination.
How much does Shipping Cost?
There is a $30 flat rate shipping fee for domestic orders.

Do you ship Internationally?
We do ship internationally. Shipping fees will vary depending on location.
Damages
Off The Block is not liable for any products damaged or lost during the shipping process.
If there is an issue, please keep all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim with the shipment carrier.
What are your hats made out of?
All felt hats are made out of 100% beaver or 100% rabbit fur.
Hat Size Reducing Strip
In between hat sizes? We offer hat size reducing strips that sit under the sweatband. This is a great way to be able to get a snug fit on a hat that may be bigger than your size.
Refunds
Due to the nature of the custom hat process, we do not offer returns or refunds. We will do our best to rectify any situation that may occur.
Any ready to wear hat is subject to 7 day refund or return policy.
